Fourth pair of Ranch Road Boots!
My first pair of Ranch Road boots was Capistrano in brown. The Bexar Brown is my fourth pair - I wanted the lower shaft roper style and this filled the bill perfectly! Why did I first become interested in Ranch Road? Possibly Sarah Ford's back story. Possibly the fact that the boots are made in Spain. What do I like about the boots? The quality leather used throughout; the leather lining which covers the side seam. (If you wear boots you will understand; if you don't, trust me! I have rubbed the side of my calf raw wearing a pair of famous name boots which were lined but the lining seam aligned with the side seam - coupled with regular socks and a day of walking through San Antonio.)
The Bexar boots are very well made - soft leather lining, leather soles with Goodyear welt, very attractive appearance (not "cheap" looking); quality soft leather throughout - they feel broken in from the first wearing. I expect this pair will last a long time. I speak from experience.
I wear 11.5 or 12 for informational purposes. The fit of RR boots is perfect.
