We want you to love your boots! Undamaged goods in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery to redeem a full refund or replacement. Refunds or credit will be issued within two weeks of receiving returned items, and typically within 3 days of request. From time to time we will hold sample sales - all of these discounted "sample sale" priced items are Final Sale. Unworn items may qualify for return even if using a coupon code.
Holiday return policy
Items purchased online between November 23, 2017 and December 25, 2017, may be returned through January 10, 2018. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in the above refunds policy are still applicable with respect to such items purchased. All purchases made after December 25, 2017 are subject to the Standard Return Policy.

For international customers, please contact us prior to returning - if you have a preferred shipper you can use their service. We cover costs for domestic returns and exchanges.
