These boots were a first for me. Never owned a pair that did not have Laces! I know kind-a sad, but anyway I am impressed by the quality and look . And I'm just as impressed with the Customer Service. Natalie gets 10's! from me. The first pair didn't fit quite right, had to go down a half size. The second pair fit like a glove! The new order and return were handled seamlessly, it was simply and prompt. Great Job!

Understated while still being sleek and slick. Super quality and no nonsense. I've wanted a boot like this for many years.

These boots are really fantastic and amazing quality. The attention to detail is amazing. Much better quality than my Frye boots, and even better than my american made chippewa's. Toe box is a little more narrow than typical boots I've bought and I did need to go down a half size from my normal street shoe size to get a snug fit. I normally wear a men's 10 D, and when I ordered that at first I was sloshing around in them. Exchange process was very easy. The 9.5's were a battle to get on the first couple times, but fit like a glove once they are on.
