Just received this pair of Scarlett Buckle Black boots in black and I have to say that they are absolutely darling. I have over a 100 pair of cowboy boots and these boots rate right up there in my top favs. This sort of Spanish style look is fantastic, very unique. The heel is the perfect size, the leather is soft and supple, the buckle is just the right size and is the perfect adornment for this style of boot. As to fit, I typically wear a size 6.5, that's what I ordered and they fit like a glove. Great job Ranch Road Boots, I love them, they are keepers.

As I’m in my 60’s I just don’t wear uncomfortable shoes any more. These boots are beautiful, and beautifully made. The leather is soft for a cowboy boot, but not so soft you worry about them losing their shape. My foot is medium at the toe and narrow at the heel and most cowboy boots are not comfortable at all. Day one I put these on with a hiking sock for padding, and a thin 3/4 insole for my pronation. Then I walked a couple of miles on New York City sidewalks, assisted a photo shoot where I walked up and down two flights of stairs several times, walked to lunch and back. And home again. I was on my feet about six hours. My feet were a little tired because I mostly wear sneakers now, but that’s all. And the boots are super cute. Make sure to wear your jeans short enough so the buckles show! I plan to wear mine to the opera in the fall. They are that great looking.
